Are Tinder and Hinge the same product?

No. Tinder is the swipe app with a huge top-of-funnel. Hinge is the prompt-led app with a different crowd. Plus is not Hinge+. Paying for one does not transfer likes, boosts, or your ban history.

Why is there no US Hinge price?

We have not verified a Hinge+ App Store row for the United States yet. Tinder Plus in the US is $9.99 on our dated row. Treat any undated 'US Hinge is $X' blog as a guess until a storefront check exists.

Who is cheaper in India?

Tinder. Plus is ₹369 ($3.85) against Hinge+ at ₹1,699 ($17.74), verified Aug 29, 2026. That is one of the few shared-country snapshots we have.

Is Tinder Plus the only Tinder plan?

No. Tinder also sells Gold, Platinum, and a shop full of à-la-carte boosts. Our flagship row is Plus. Comparing Hinge+ to Platinum, or to a stack of boosts, is a different invoice. The screenshot in a Reddit thread is usually not Plus.

Do the prices include extra boosts?

No. Recurring Plus / Hinge+ only. Boosts, roses, and SuperLikes sit on top. Budget the subscription, then assume the shop will ask again.

Tinder is cheaper than Hinge in USD on the cheapest verified rows: Tinder Plus in Nigeria is ₦1,100 / $0.81, while Hinge+ bottoms out in Czechia at 350 Kč / $16.81. Both figures were checked August 29, 2026.

That is not a close fight. It is also not a recommendation to use Tinder. It is the invoice for the two flagship plans we actually date. We still lack a US Hinge+ row. US Tinder Plus is $9.99. Hinge+’s cheapest verified market already costs more than that.

Are these the same product?

No. Different crowds, different moderation, different paid ladders. Tinder’s Plus is the bottom paid rung, not Gold or Platinum. Hinge+ is the named sub we track. Stacking boosts on either side will blow past the table. If your monthly card charge looks like $40, you are not looking at Plus versus Hinge+ anymore.

Where each one is genuinely cheap

Tinder Plus: Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Ghana, Brazil. The US at $9.99 is mid-table, not the top. Israel was the dearest Plus row at $13.36 — still cheaper than most Hinge+ countries.

Hinge+: Czechia $16.81 is the floor. New Zealand $35.27 is the ceiling we have. This is Western-app-store pricing with a short country list (15 verified rows versus 19 for Tinder Plus, 37 for Bumble Premium).

How do you actually pay for each one?

App Store or Play. Cancel in the store. A chat with Tinder or Hinge support will not refund Apple.
