Here is the part they print in their own table and hope you skip: every cheap row is marked as requiring a local billing address, a local IP, and a gift card for that storefront. We have verified across multiple services that App Store and Google Play gift cards do not redeem cross-border — a Nigerian gift card bought from a reseller site usually fails, or gets your account flagged. So the “78% off” headline collapses into: move your whole account country, fund it with a payment method you probably cannot get, for an app whose weekly tier costs less than a coffee either way.
