Two things worth noticing. First, the spread is enormous for a $7 product — Turkey pays less than a sixth of the US price. Second, some countries pay more: the UK is now the worst row on our board at $9.48, after Adobe lifted its in-app price from £4.99 to £6.99 in June 2026. If you are in Britain, “cheap” is not a word anyone at Adobe has heard of lately.
Premium is the only plan ranked here. Desktop-and-web bundles and the 1 TB plans are separate invoices sold directly by Adobe, not through the app store, so they live outside this table.
Can a VPN get you cheaper Lightroom?

Practical notes if you attempt it:
- You cannot move your existing Apple ID between countries while it holds an active subscription or store credit. Use a spare Apple ID you can afford to lose.
- Confirm the currency on the final billing screen before you tap Subscribe. If it shows dollars, your account is not actually set to the storefront you think.
- Gift cards must be bought in the target country’s store. A US Apple gift card will not fund a Turkish subscription.
